Complete the membership form below and submit your membership dues.
The membership is $25 per year ($10 per year for students) and become active 30 days from the payment date.

Checks (Payable to DCABP) can be accepted at General Body/Committee Meetings or can be mailed to DCABP, PO Box 52171, Durham, NC 27717.

Our General Body meetings occur on the 1st Thursday of each month at 6:30pm.  Meetings are held in-person and upon notification can be held via Zoom. A Zoom link will be provided to you the week prior to the next scheduled meeting.

DUES-PAID MEMBERS

If you became a member or renewed your membership during the current year, your membership will expire on December 31st. We encourage all existing members to renew beginning December 1st for the upcoming year, which runs from
January 1st through December 31st.
 

If you are an existing dues-paid member and do not renew by December 31st, you will receive a 30-day grace period. During this time, you will retain all membership privileges, including the ability to vote in General Body Endorsement Meetings.
 

NEW MEMBERS

If you are not currently a dues-paid member of the Durham Committee on the Affairs of Black People and would like to join, you may pay for the upcoming membership year beginning December 1st. However, if you wish to participate in the voting process during General Body Endorsement Meetings, you must join by December 10th.
 

We strongly encourage all members to attend our General Body meetings and become active participants in our various committees.
